Previous incidents

Monitool was unavailable this morning for roughly two hours, due to two separate issues in sequence:

1. First, the server failed to boot cleanly. During this period, the site was fully unreachable. Our monitoring picked up the outage immediately.
2. Once the server was back up, a second issue surfaced: the database ended up isolated from the rest of the application. The site loaded again, but projects, inputs and ...
